In Krojanke, an evident family relationship did exist between members of the ZWIRTZ family and members of the following families: BONZ - DAMS - FRITZ - GÜNZEL - JANNCKE - RATHKE

From Baldenburg , a son of one of the ZWIRZ families moves approximately 80 km south to the town of Krojanke in Prussia (today Krajenka , located in Poland), while four of his siblings settle down 35 km further south in the city of Samotschin in Posen. Another sister is living with her husband and family in the town of Bärwalde (today Barwice , located in Poland), located approximately 50 km southwest of Baldenburg . According to the marriage record of the Protestant Church of Krojanke , a clothmaker with name Martin    Ludewig ZWIRZ   marries Anna   Dorothea FRITZ in 1802 to found their own family. This family and also a second generation are living in Krojanke at least until 1869 . Also documented in Krojanke is another bearer of the family name, a Florentine ZWIRZ . Due to the fact that her name almost matches the name of another female, same applies for her age, she originally could also come from Baldenburg , although this still has to be proven. However, all other bearers of the family name who were living in Krojanke at that time are evidently members of the ZWIR T Z families in focus.
